( 02 ) Why this matters

Stock-looking headshots cost you trust on the most-visited page of your site.

Your About and Leadership pages are the second-most-visited pages on most B2B websites — right behind the homepage. Visitors who land there are already evaluating you. Mismatched lighting, dated portraits, three different photographers across one team — every visual gap reads as a credibility gap.

We solve it the way a magazine would. One photographer, one repeatable lighting setup, one color pipeline. We shoot the entire team — executives, ICs, and new hires — in a single morning, on-location at your office, against a portable Savage Storm Gray seamless or a chosen wall in your space. Every portrait keys to the same temperature and contrast curve so the team page reads as a single image, not a Frankenstein grid.

Teams can add a repeatable quarterly or new-hire session so the lighting, crop, backdrop, and retouching standard remain consistent as the company grows.

How much do corporate headshots cost in NYC?

On-location team headshots in New York typically range $4,500–$9,000 for a full team, depending on day length and number of subjects. Single-executive editorial sessions are billed separately at $1,800–$3,500. Studio sessions for individuals start around $250–$500 per person, but become uneconomical above 8–10 subjects compared to a half-day team booking.

How many people can you photograph in one day?

We comfortably shoot 30–40 subjects in a 7-hour day, or up to 18 in a 4-hour half-day. Above 40, we recommend splitting into two consecutive mornings to keep direction quality high — fatigue degrades posture and expression after about 5 hours of subjects.

Where do you shoot — studio or office?

Most team headshot sessions work best on-location at the company office: we bring a portable backdrop, lighting, and shaping tools, and can capture both clean studio-style frames and contextual portraits in the real workspace. Studio space can be sourced when an office is not suitable.

How long until I receive the final files?

Standard delivery is 5 business days after the shoot. Same-day previews and 48-hour delivery can be scoped when the communications or press timeline requires it.

Do you handle hair and makeup?

We coordinate with a senior NYC HMU artist on every booking — typically Ana Sanchez or her team. HMU runs $800–$1,200 for a half-day and is offered as a flat per-person upgrade rather than a markup on our day rate.

Can you reshoot a single person later?

Yes. New hires can be added during a later quarterly visit ($2,800/Q). Single-person reshoots between scheduled visits are $750 and are matched to the original lighting and color pipeline.
