( 02 ) Why this matters

The recap is the asset. The event itself is just the shoot day.

Most companies under-invest in event coverage and over-invest in the event itself. The room you booked at Spring Studios costs more than the recap film — but the recap is the only thing that survives past Monday morning. It's what your sales team forwards, what marketing pushes on LinkedIn, and what the board sees on the quarterly slide.

We treat coverage like a deliverable, not a service. Two operators on the floor (one photo, one video) shooting on a shot list built around your speaker block, sponsor moments, networking, and the broll the marketing team will need every quarter going forward. Photo previews go out the same night; the highlight reel ships within seven days; the full library is sorted, color-corrected, and ready for sponsor activation reports.

The crew plans for the moments event teams actually need after the room clears: keynote coverage, audience reaction, green room context, sponsor branding, executive arrivals, and quote-safe short clips.

Questions, answered straight.

How quickly do we get photos back?

Same-night preview sets can be scoped for communications teams that need next-morning recap assets. Full-resolution edited galleries are typically delivered within 5 business days.

When does the recap video ship?

Standard recap delivery is typically 7 business days. Same-day or next-morning quick cuts can be scoped when the event needs an overnight recap for a second-day audience.

Do you cover events outside NYC?

Yes. We cover events outside the five boroughs when the scope supports travel. Travel and accommodations are scoped transparently before crew is held.

Can you pull audio direct from the venue mixer?

Always. We arrive 90 minutes before doors with a Sound Devices MixPre-6 II to take a clean split direct from the venue's audio engineer. This produces broadcast-quality keynote audio that sounds nothing like a camera-mic recording.

Do you build sponsor activation reports?

Yes — for multi-day and conference-scale engagements. Reports include logo presence in keynote, breakout, and networking footage, plus a clip library tagged by sponsor for inclusion in their post-event report-back to internal stakeholders.

What's the largest event you've covered?

A four-day conference at the Javits Center, ~6,000 attendees, with a four-person photo team and a five-person video crew running three multi-cam stages simultaneously. Daily recap reels shipped each night.
